The north- and south-facing modules M23 and M24 are considered as a pair. By removing the centrally located, interfering module LQ4, the two remaining opposite modules can communicate again. They take on the uses previously accommodated in LQ04 in an expanded form.
The two remaining modules are used as a shell host into which a new function is inserted. The special and unique framework constructions are exposed and staged towards the inner courtyard.
The materials used are inspired by the past in order to maintain the existing industrial atmosphere.
